She helped me with my taxes and was very patient with me and made sure to answer any questions or concerns I had. I am very glad I have someone I can rely on to help me with my taxes. Please do not schedule a complementary appt with this woman. Shes not professional.I went to the address as listed on the website after scheduling a consultation to learn more about her services and Im walking around trying to find her office and called her at the time I was due for my appt. She didnt answer the phone. The voicemail was not representative of her business but she called me right back to tell me she had moved locations. I said that wouldve been good to know. After sweating in tripe digits temps walking around trying to find her place, when I got back to my car, sheet of sweat all over me, she answered right away not to apologize but to ask me if we had a phone consultation or in person. I said well I certainly wouldnt have showed up for in person if I knew it was a phone meeting. I couldnt understand her, although she appeared super sweet and polite I saw through her complete disregard for me as a potential client. She didnt care, didnt set proper expectations and after
