Matt and his team have been great over the past 4-5 years of doing business with them. A lot of negative reviews because people wait till the last minute to get their taxes filed. Stay on top of your business and Matt will take care of you. They are extremely busy from January till April. Schedule your appointment on time and come prepared. It’s not that hard. Never answers the phone to schedule appts. When they finally did after two weeks, the receptionist was not polite, or skilled at answering phones and helping potential new clients. She quoted me $400-$500 for a simple tax return with one W-2 and insisted everything be done by phone and mail. Some 5 star reviews state that it's people waiting until the last minute who have such a terrible experience. With this company, there's no way to get an appt early because they don't answer the phone. I have been calling for 4 weeks now. Avoid this place!!!

DONE! After 6 years of using Matt and singing his praises we are done. We scheduled our appointment A YEAR IN ADVANCE and had it on Feb 2nd with his assistant. No reply or follow up from Matt. After about 25 attempts we got his assistant on the phone on the 6th of April. After explaining our situation he said, “Wow that’s way too long, Matt needs to get on this ASAP. If you don’t hear from us by next Friday- call us again.” Shocking- we haven’t heard anything and the phone numbers go straight to voicemail. Don’t waste your time here
