Four years later update - Matt still does a fantastic job on the accounting part. With that being said, you can never and I mean never contact him. Phone calls, emails, text messages, none of them are returned. I rate the customer service as extremely poor and totally unacceptable. Matt did a great job and provided sound advisement for our future tax planning.

( 1/24/2018 ) Update i will say again Best decision me and the Wife ever made It's now been 3 years that we have used Matthew Miller to file our taxes. Matthew Miller is just awesome hand's down. Very Easy to talk to Goes above and beyond to explain any tax questions you have very patient. I never fell rushed when i meet with him. Matt is a Awesome CPA.I got a 1099-c and went to file and Because of that owed the IRS money .I have been filing my own return for years. Spent some time online and contacted Matt About my Issue he took the time Explained my 1099-c and helped me and my wife find money i could not have on my own. So now the IRS owes me money. Very Friendly and easy to talk to just made the whole experience a breeze Would highly recommend Matt. I will be returning to him every year for all my tax returns .

My experience has been far from positive. I brought my tax materials in the early part of March 2020 giving Mr. Miller ample time to prepare my return. All documents were scanned into the online portal and I was excited about the apparent ease of completing the return. He advised the return would take approximately three to four days to complete. Here we are a month later and no sign of my return. I have called daily, emailed and sent a message through the portal. Mr. Miller lacks the essential communications skills of a professional in the community. The only saving grace is the extension the government has offered to file taxes due to Covid 19. If not for that extension, my taxes would be late.
