Mc Graw-Timmons Accounting

This company incorrectly tripled my income on my taxes which cost me almost 14000. My new CPA discovered the mistake and mapped everything out for McGraw-Timmoms. I tried to have the company correct the issue. I was bullied by the rude unprofessional women at the desk. They refused to believe they made a mistake until the Statue of limitations were up. The rude woman at the desk continued to bully me and refused to allow me to meet with the owner Linda Timmons who signed off on the incorrection. Now I'm forced to recover most of the money from the company.The entire reason I went to a new CPA was because of the complete unprofessionalism of the company. Thank God the new CPA discovered the incorrection this has been a horrible experience. I would like everyone to know the factual evidence behind my experience and apparently there are multiple reviews reflecting the rude unprofessionalism. Was not made aware up front of charge for extra fees. When picked up taxes was charged extra fee for filing separate but when dropped off forms to file I told Kathy to file separate or whatever was best and she said nothing about a fee for filing that way. I wasn’t charged extra the last two years I’ve been there and filed separate both years. Kathy tells me she would take off fee but I can go elsewhere next year.
