Very knowledgeable and capable. They did my taxes in 45 minutes. However, I feel there was very low priority on customer service. It was one of my first times visiting a professional tax firm. Before my visit, I called the front desk to ask if I needed to print my documents, and they didn’t know. So I assumed it wasn’t a big deal either way. I emailed my tax documents to my preparer at Meagher’s and he was visibly upset that I had not printed them, and he let me know as much. He was very quick, but did not double check his numbers or that all the documents I sent him were accounted for. He asked very little questions as to what deductions I could have received. As I looked over my return later on, I realized he missed some numbers/documents. I made a second appointment to go over the return. As I was meeting with him, he told me they double booked my appointment accidentally. But the other customer had more important matters. End of meeting. They also filed my return (accidentally) wit
