Very bad customer services. They need to take classes on how to talk to their customers.
Wish I asked my friends earlier about where they did their taxes! For someone who paid over $200 for simple taxes (no property, stocks etc), I only paid $60 at MKC. Michael is awesome to work with!!! Speaks perfect English, easy to work with. The bf with property only costed $140. I didn't ask how much for services, it depends on how much work it is buts darn good at what he does. You can really tell when someone loves their work, in helping ppl. Parking is tricky, it's the drive way in right next to bank of America's drive way. Free parking validation.
