I was not satisfied with my service this year for the simple reason I have been filing there for years and with my same dependants and they enter my information wrong not once not twice but three times the irs rejected my return because they put in the birthdays wrong from the start and I told my tax person that I had not received my second stimulus and she didn't put that in and I had to do and amendment and now I'm still waiting for both stimulus. I was very unhappy about my service but I was glad that the gentleman fixed it so I did get my federal refund
