For the past two years, my husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Brian and his amazing team! My experience with Moore Accounting Tax Service was horrible. I called around for awhile trying to find the right tax service counselor. When I called and explained the problem to Brian he sounded confident that this would be an easy fix for him. So I brought in all the paperwork I had collected, and all the paperwork Brian asked for. He said this would be a process and it would take him six months, but no longer. So I gave him the six months with absolutely no updates on anything. So I began to call them curious on what new updates they had figured out. Well when I called Phillip always sounded unsure of anything. Then he began to tell me that I had never turned in paperwork. Side note all of my paperwork and then some was turned into Brian. But truthfully I had a feeling they had been giving me the run around. Needless to say I called for an additional six months, with not one single update on anything. Not only that they continued to let me believe that they were figuring things out
