Upon arriving I drove into the parking area in the back of the Office. I arrived with a folder and a small stack of 'tax papers'. The staff that helped me walked me through the process, asked me many questions regarding my deductions, donations, interest-bearing loans, any business expenses, vehicles, medical, etc. Very knowledgeable, very thorough, timely, and reported via electronically. Fast, efficient, and friendly.
