I've been a client for 15 plus yeas. When I stated using National Tax Service Center, I was very satisfied with the service in preparing my taxes. Submitting my documents was very convenient using their online portal, and a tax prepare called me within a week of my submission. The tax preparer was very detail and knowledgeable of all form needed and I personally felt like she took my taxes as if it was her own. After all required documents was submitted, an appointment was made with the CPA to do an over view before submitting to the IRS. The office was very accommodating and efficient in every way. My taxes were done in a timely manner and I must say the professionalism was outstanding! Thank you for having the most dedicated staff to make filing for all these years effortless and untroubled. My family and friends also agree. It's always nice to have a trouble-free process when dealing with finances.
