I felt relief this tax season! Ryan and his team got it done! They are extremely organized, communicated quickly, and were efficient! We have gone through two other tax companies and felt undervalued, underserved, and left with questions and minimal communication. I have been using this company to do my tax returns for 3 years now. Unfortunately, this will be my last year. I am leaving because I have lost confidence in their ability to not only to my returns accurately but also because of the surprises I get from year to year. My business and personal returns are very basic and require the same forms each year. They are not consistent with their pricing and get surprised every year that my cost keeps going up. I can understand not being able to quote a price to me for the first year but not for the second and third years. I never know what my cost will be until I get their invoice. Their systems are not user friendly and require separate email address for a husband and wife. I had to call them many times because they kept sending me emails to the wrong email address. While they are very nice about it and promise to fix the problem, they struggle getting it done and create more work for me on my end by having to keep call them back. I think they
