We felt completely duped by this firm. The initial meetings with Max Panchuk were full of promise and we felt we would be in good hands. Then those promises were quickly forgotten. Candice, the actual accountant who began processing our tax returns, did not seem to know anything about our situation or even care. She was ready to take our uploaded income statements and other documents, fill in the blanks on the return with those crunched numbers, and file the returns without any regard. When we raised concerns about all this, we got phone calls and more promises from Max. Same results as the first few meetings: broken promises. Now the firm is reaching out to us regarding re-engaging their services for our 2023 returns. After spending $6,700 for our 2022 returns and getting this experience, that won’t be happening.
