Very bad service (mistakes were made multiple times and costed us penalties and interest from the IRS). They do not respond to emails and the voicemail is full so impossible to leave messages.

Very disappointed . Very unprofessional . Had one consult already few months ago with Aline …i am an American born French wanting to go back and retire in France. Had set up a second consult with Aline. Got two emails confirming and reminding me my second appointment . Never happened . No one got into the chat room .Sent an email . Tried to call . Finally logged off. Office called me several days later and said I made a mistake and misread the appointment . Sent a copy of emails reminder if appointment . Then I was told it may have been a glitch in the system.(?) Got an invoice to pay for first consult with Aline that my bookkeeper paid on august 11 th .i sent a copy of cashed check . Then I was told it takes few days for invoice to post .I told them it was over a month ago ???? But I was told my invoice was not paid so I told them they should check with A/R department . This company is disorganized . Poor communication . I would not recommend this company !
