My husband and I have used Downing & Morano CPA's for years for our personal taxes as well as two LLC's that we have. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to state and federal tax laws and they practice with the upmost integrity. I feel 100% confident when turning over our tax documents that the Downing & Morano team will take great care of us and help us receive the appropriate deductions and pay the accurate amounts owed to the IRS.
