I met Charles 6 yrs ago. I had received a letter that I owed $9,000 from tax ye 2012. After Charles looked it up my last tax preparer has made a dollar mistake that caused a red flag to audit my 1099. Charles have me a list of items to turn in and documents he prepared for me to be mailed out . After about 2 months I landed up only owing $500:) Then in 2018 I received a letter that my state and federal taxes were not accurate. The federal has over looked one of my state pages and was charging me $4,000. Once again Charles made me a packet (same documents we had sent that were over looked) I sent it out.. He even highlighted areas that there tax people had missed:( And once again it was rectified... I actually got at $2,400 refund :) With that being said, Charles and his staff know what they are doing!
