03/24/2022 I reached out to Jezzika in early February regarding my personal and business taxes. She was quick to schedule a meeting to setup working with one another. On the day of our initial meeting, Jezzika had stated her turn around was 5 business days. I submitted all of my paperwork to her on March 1st and never got any confirmation as to when my paperwork would be completed. I have made numerous attempts to get in contact with her with no success. Jezzika has not returned any of my phone calls, emails or text. The only text I have received from her seemed to be an automated message stating she was in a meeting. I do not and will not recommend Jezzika and Associates Tax Group to anyone looking for Tax preparation services, since there has not been any communication, or professionalism attached to it.

Jezzica was very good to meet with us and discuss our tax return She seemed very eager to help us so we agreed for her to do our taxes and handed over our paperwork on May 3rd. However, we never heard from her after that. She wouldn't answer our calls when we phoned to check when our taxes would be done on May 28th - just sent brief texts - always "in a meeting". We didn't find out till Friday June 11th (the day she agreed to have our taxes done as we were headed out of town that weekend) that she was dealing with some personal matters and couldn't do our taxes till the following Monday. We didn't get confirmation about our taxes actually being submitted till the morning of July 15th (deadline date). We were in a panic thinking that our taxes wouldn't be submitted on time (never have filed late). Her communication was very poor and her lack of communication put us in a very uncomfortable position leaving us hanging till the very last minute As her client she should of been more

Jezzika Perez is a very accurate with her job and very professional. Jezzika she helped us make the wise decisions by explaining the laws/rulesnof the topic. She is very nice and caring person that make you feel comfortable with your taxes. I would recommend her to anyone. we are hoping to see her next year for our taxes. we were so pleased with her.
