Performance Financial CPA Tax and Accounting

Drake and his team did an excellent job on our business and personal taxes. Highly recommend!

As a referral from a friend and getting to know Drake I was excited to work with Performance Financial. Quickly, I realized that the "personal" touch of working with Performance was not at all what I expected. Multiple weeks to respond to emails, if I was responded to at all. The promise of discussing my tax deductions and portfolio before submissions did not happen. I received a refund statement and a bill... No conversation at all. Everything was uploaded to quickbooks and that was it. I specifically asked questions about my office not know how to deduct the dimensions, nothing. Upon getting my return no action steps on to pay the IRS was included and now it has been a month with no response. To top it all off, my name was spelled wrong. Personally, I have nothing bad to say about Drake, he was a very pleasant and nice person to meet before deciding to go with Performance. I am just disappointed on the service I received compared to what we discussed and will not being back for '24.

Drake, Jenna, and the rest of the team here are fantastic. Excellent communication throughout the entire process, and it was by far the easiest tax filing process I’ve ever experienced through their portal. Highly recommend!
