These people know their stuff!!! To start, we filed out return with TurboTax the previous year but had gone almost a year without getting our refund. We called TurboTax several times to see if they had an alternative way for us to contact the IRS and they weren't able to help. I spoke with Performance Tax and they gave me number and strategy that worked. Had my refund within 3 weeks!! Next, their filing process is so simple and thorough. They do it for you but keep you appraised so it's easy to ask questions if there's anything you don't understand. Customer service is top-notch. I will definitely be filing with them them from now on and I highly recommend Performance Tax Group.
