Had taxes done by Brittney, I questioned the results and she dismissed it as not enough deductions, went home and took quick glance and found a costly error, she corrected error which now I'm receiving $1500+ more instead of paying Federal, it puts into question her experience and if thats the only math mistake. paying to have returns looked over by another CPA, not happy with service, should have been given refund for cost of service.
NEVER returned calls, hangings up on you when you do get to talk to him. Filed incorrect forms and had to pay another cpa to get the work done correctly! Would never recommend to anyonr!
Genuine, down to earth, professional staff....Mike has been in tax services and a realtor since the 1980s.
