Polston Tax Resolution & Accounting

We have paid Polston tons of money starting 2 years ago. They have yanked us around nonstop. Have been waiting for our tax refund since June 2022. They said it would be in our account then. No it was not. My husband’s bank accounts got froze instead. Polston has refused to call back or anything. We have yet to receive his returns, and the IRS is saying they have absolutely zero records of our stuff ever being filed from Polston. I will be contacting a lawyer tomorrow if we don’t get a call and something figured out today considering I have already called the office again today. I see many other reviews recently regarding this same situation happening. Oh I also turned this situation over to the BBB.

To start, Brian interviewed myself and my wife. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We decided to go with Polston’s services. I had made bad decisions in the past by not filing for ten years. I worked as a contractor in the tile business. I retired from the business and was living on a fixed income. The IRS started taking money from my retirement. Polston stopped them. My account was shifted to several different case managers during the year and I was wondering if I did the right thing by hiring Polston. But then, Jami Watts, attorney for Polston took my case. She is very pleasant and sympathetic to our situation. It is still not over with, but with Jami’s expertise, it looks very promising that we will be paying the IRS very little to nothing on a 160,000 debt. Hats off and thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Jami Watts.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid the start up fee and then nothing. They only called the IRS one time and then didn’t do anything else. Then a year later when I tried to resolve the issue myself, they messed up the offer in compromise I was submitting to the IRS. I cancelled services with them over a year ago and I am still dealing with their bullsh!t.
