Very helpful, ( receptionist?) Knows what she is doing.
Just called to find out more about tax services. Was told that because I found them online and wasn’t directly referred that they didn’t have any time until April but wasn’t offered an option to book an appointment then. Was told it was late in season and they couldn’t take people that found them online. I understand it’s a busy time of the year but poor customer service!!!! I wanted simple tax return done but was also interested in their business services as I plan to open a new business.
