I have been doing my taxes here for 4 years, and It has not been the same since covid. They no longer do the taxes with you, instead they expect you to drop everything off and trust them to get everything right. I dropped off two W-2's and notified them of a third that would need to be emailed as I didn't have a physical copy. They proceeded to tear the corner off a random sheet of paper and they wrote an email on it where I would send my W-2. I had requested that they call me during the process and they never did so once my taxes were filed it turned out they forgot to input an entire W-2. We had to file an amendment and they wanted to charge me for it despite the fact that they had made a mistake. They gave me the email for their insurance deals instead of the one for tax returns and then proceeded to tell me it was "MY FAULT" for using the wrong email address? On top of that they used my old address and misspelled it then told me it was my fault as well for not updating it. I checke
