This accounting firm appeared to have it all together, that is, until you need to progress in handling the accounting that you hired them to do. The staff is always covering for Lee's absences/whereabouts and one of the staff members has not received much customer service training and it shows. Based on my experience and that of a professional friend, I will not be using this group for my accounting services.

Cary and I have been working with Lee since 1988 when our previous advisor, Gene Roper, referred him to us. Over the years, Lee has supplied us with excellent tax service every year since that time. He has also been a great source for any tax issues that have arisen during the years, as well as any financial decisions that might have possible tax implications each year.
