Dionne and her staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I do not get on and do reviews. If I do it is because I'm completely blown away. This is our second year coming to her. And she and her staff ALWAYS go above and beyond. Truly we will be coming to her forever. So thankful a good friend of ours recommended her. He said she was one of a kind. And she truly is. Go to them the next time you need to file. Even if there is a wait for you to get in. JUST WAIT. IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT. AND SHE IS WORTH EVERY SINGLE DIME. I promise you that you will not be disappointed

Unfortunately, I had to find a new tax preparer after my poor experience with Reliable Tax Service this year. Prior to the pandemic, I recommended them to my brother and his poor experience was the first red flag. He said Dionne spoke to him very rudely and basically told him since he won't be getting a tax refund then she isn't going to waste her time since she knows he won't pay her to file on top of what he owes. That was embarrassing, but I still decided that I would continue to do business there because I'd never had a poor experience. When I called to get my taxes prepared I was told I could email my documents and that I'd be contacted in about a week before they are e-filed. A week came and went, no call. I called and was told that my email was lost among many others, but they located it without me resending it and gave me the same 1 week turn around. After a week I called and was told that they were busy and hadn't gotten to it yet, but I was promised that it would be done with
