RG & Associates have handled my tax returns for both my business and personal for the last two years. Their team is professional and has helped me figure out ways to grow my business. I highly recommend using them for both personal and professional tax service.

Worked with one of their CPA's for almost 3 years. He advised me to file late due to flood damage so I did. Found out later I did not qualify. As a result of his recommendation I incurred over $1,000 in fees which I had to take my ex-husband to court to get to pay his half costing me court costs and money not to mention the headache of dealing with this for months. I then received a bill from the IRS and needed my CPA to make a couple of phone calls to figure out what the bill was for. Literally probably less than 15-30 min on the phone and he charged me over $500 even after the mess he had caused with the late filing issue. Told me he would "make it up to me" on my next tax prep bill. Then when it came time to do my taxes I called to schedule and he told me I would have to file late again because he was too busy to get me in. Went to Shotkoski in Lincoln and they not only got me in but did it for $300 less than RG Associates had been charging me. Was not treated well by this company
