He speaks English, not Accounting. If he doesn’t know the answer, he’ll find it or refer you. He’s not a lawyer and has sense enough to say so. He does Accounting! He will explain until you understand. You MUST understand or he will come at it again, until you do. You understand and approve or he doesn’t proceed. Every year I would take the no hassle way to do my taxes and would visit H&R Block. Last time I had them do my taxes I was completely dissatisfied which led me to do my own taxes the following year. Rob is simply the BEST! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would do so without hesitation. We came to Rob after what felt like a never-ending search for the right accountant for our new business. After the first phone call with Rob, I knew he was the perfect fit. As a new business owner, there are lot of hurdles and new hoops to jump through that you don't even know exist. Rob goes above and beyond just accounting. He uses real world examples to explain things and has the patience of a saint in his approach. He really cares about his clients and makes sure they are comfortable in their knowledge. Rob is not only extremely skilled in his field but he also takes a teachers approach with his clients. If you ask Rob a question, you get an answer you know you can trust. One thing I respect the most about him is that if he doesn't know an answer, he will just tell you then and there that he will need to look into that to get the right information.
