The payroll for my office manager and agents is usually late or doesn't even happen until we make multiple calls. Now I am trying to get my payroll info to transfer directly to ADP and haven't had a response for 8 days.

I was referred to Kaylin at Rod Ermel Associates for financial help, tax prep, and organization with my small business. I walked in terrified that I had a business Beyond repair financially and left the office feeling like not only do I have a new Friends, but the future is financially looking extremely bright for my company. I want to give another special shout out to Sarah who I know did a ton of work on my case and just want to give a huge shout out again to Kaylin for everything she has done. She had me in happy tears today

Absolutely terrible experience with this accountant. We initially had a great relationship with them and they did a great job with our many companies and personal accounts. We should have left when we noticed that every single person on our accounts was mysteriously leaving their company but had faith they would continue to provide good service. Sadly that is not the case. They became unresponsive, unable to answer simple and basic accounting questions, and where unable to support their work when the IRS caught multiple errors that resulted in fines and late fees. I would absolutely encourage you to seek professional services elsewhere!
