Satisfied client for over 10 years! Finally, a full service Accountant that patiently takes the time to work with me on my company's accounting needs. With previous accountants, I always felt like I was riding in the back seat of a taxi with the meter running, whenever I had a question.
Met with and was promised that I would be prioritized. I explicitly explained that I would not be working with other CPA's if he could commit and gave him the chance to tell me that he was too busy. After multiple followups (5+ emails & 4+ calls) was again told that he would take care of my taxes. I offered to come in again, do whatever it takes and now 4 days before Tax Day and complete dead air. Would not recommend.
Roe CPA have been doing my taxes for the last 12 years. John Charles is highly capable and has provided excellent guidance and tax advice. I will continue to use him. Highly Recommended......
