Despite the many good reviews below, our experience with Rolleri & Sheppard was very disappointing. While the accountant handling our account was on maternity leave, the person handling our account really messed up badly, telling us not to pay anything in April, but to delay our tax payment until September. In late August, when they realized their error, we were told to pay our taxes ASAP. As a result of this mistake, we were penalized thousands of dollars as well as interest. When I called their office, just after receiving the IRS notification, no one was available to discuss the issue, but I did get an email from Mr. Sheppard that I was harassing their employees by attempting to discuss their mistake. We have found a new CPA for our family, and are finished with the arrogance of Mr. Sheppard.
