I used to go with H&R Block for my taxes. This time I wanted to try someone else. The first day I came here. I was 100% trusted them. Today I came by to pick up my book. They told me they didn't have it because they handed to my husband on Monday. I asked my husband the same day if he had it. He said they were too busy to look at our files and my husband came home without the original book. That's why I came by on Wednesday to pick it up. Guess what? They told me they didn't have it. I was like... Really? My husband lost his mind? There was no reason for him to lie about this. I was really upset because I needed my book to do my property tax and franchise tax.
