Very helpful with all my tax needs. The service was reliable, quick and they made it so easy for me.
I was pleased with filing my 2017 taxes with this company they were professional kind and most of all I was in and out. I will be using them to file my 2018 taxes with that I would say to anyone looking to file there taxes fast and easy and hassle free I would reccomend Rue & Associates!
Paid for services not rendered. Explained exactly what the state required and provided the documents. Not only were the supporting documents not sent, but they requested I pay even more money just see if the state accepted the adjustment. Knowing full well they would not without the supporting documents. This all after I paid my full balance and was then told my full balance was not paid and owed an additional amount.
