Ruiz and Associates

This place was good at first. I was paying them off till I went homeless due to loss of work and I talked to them and they said they would work with me. Now I come to find out they sent me to collections and I wasn't even told anything by them. That's a messed up thing to do to one who is struggling the most living in my car tryna build myself up and this would be the ones to stop me from building myself up and making it harder for me to get stable. SMH. I thought they would of worked with me but I guess not. Thanks guys. Sorry I wasn't able to keep up with you guys due to the circumstances I'm living right now. ☹️

I called Ruiz & Associates after another company left me in a bind by closing their office early with no notification despite my confirmed appointment. The associates I spoke with were very helpful and informative. Although they weren’t able to fit me in due to the tax extension deadline approaching, they offered some guidance to help me with my current needs. I will use their services beginning in the next tax season & for many years to come due to their kindness and professionalism.

The Lady that helps in the front Mercy is an inexperienced tax preparer. She has bad attitude and makes many mistakes watch out. Will not recommend this place to anyone. They want to charge for mistakes not good.
