My experience with Sabo Accounting was great last year. Ms.Sabo couldn't have been more helpful during a rather difficult time in my life. I had lost my home in the flooding during Harvey, and there were many complications with my taxes due to this, and with taxes concerning income from overseas. She did a great job, and was so supportive to me, as were other members of her staff. I highly recommend this Firm. Miriam Murphy.

I started services with Dawn back in November. Initially, it was great as she answered many of my questions; however, things quickly went downhill after the engagement letter was signed. Taxes were due March 18. I recieved no updates on the status of my documents. I had to follow up a couple times, which they took offense to. They had to file an extension... not the end of the world, but then they would continually give me dates that would come and go with no updates. I finally recieved my tax documents this past week. I was automatically charged $195 over the agreed upon fees in the engagement letter. When I questioned the overcharge, I was told they had made an error when drafting the engagement letter... OK. It should have been an easy decision to refund the overcharge due to their error, but instead I had to insists on it. Again, Dawn took offense to this and told me she'd give me till the end of day before deleting my account (and tax docs). In reality, she gave me thirty minutes

I had used the same CPA for the past decade. I was saddened to hear that she no longer was going to do personal returns. However, she recommended me to Sabo Accounting and I am so pleased. Dawn and her team do a fantastic job. I live in Kansas City, but use this firm in Houston because of their excellent work. I highly recommend using them.
