NEVER GO TO THIS FIRM. STAFF ARE NOT QUALIFIED AT ALL… We filed taxes through Sanjiv Gupta CPA firm for 2021 and agents were so unqualified that she dint entered mortgage interest paid on two rental properties and I had to pay 800$ additional to IRS. I provided all 1099 and 1098 but they still want you to make sheet with details so agent’s work gets easy. They charge 500$ for filing and once mistaken is caught by me she said I asked you to verify everything alright or not. I am not tax professionals, I paid them to do that job. After the discussion she said we can file amendments but that will be additional 250$. I was so mad about the SG firm. It’s their mistake not to look docs provided and missed crucial thing to add and put blame on customers by saying as a customer you have to verify.
