I had not filed my personal and s-corp returns for past 2 years. I have been working with Neha for past few weeks and finally got the s-corp filed. Looks like IRS records had issue with my s-corp status. Neha quickly got on call with IRS representative and he said fix will take time. So, Instead of waiting for e-filing, we did postal mail-in returns, as I was already late. We avoided further delay due to IRS records. Neha has been very patient and helpful. I'm sure without her we would further delay our returns and probably I would have lost track. She consistently followed up on documents I needed to submit and made sure returns are complete. Also, she got it checked by you and changes were done as per suggestion. This was done very smoothly and quick. She has now understood all the details about s-corp and it should very easy for next year filing with her help.
