Literally made it more difficult to file taxes than online. I sent ~5 follow-up emails and called ~4 times before I finally had someone respond and tell me my taxes still were not filed ~12 hrs before the deadline. I understand it's a busy time, but good grief.
Michelle has been doing my taxes from the 1st day she opened. I do not trust my tax info to anyone else. She has always been professional and has gone out of her way to give me the best deal possible. I have known her for years and her work ethic is impeccable. You can NOT find her professionalism and personability anywhere else.
I went to Scofield Tax Services while I was in Salt Lake City from out of town to have my taxes prepared. They did an outstanding job and went out of their way to make sure that I got the maximum refund for much less than H&R Block. Five stars for personalized service and attention to detail!
