Shatley Accounting Group

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but I'm failing to understand how this company has so many good ones. I have been frustrated so many times for a variety of reasons, and why I have stayed a client for 2 years is something I am mad at myself for. Regardless of how they handle bookkeeping/taxes, there is absolutely NO communication from them. I try so many times to call and email my accountant at this company (sending numerous emails over the span of a few weeks) without a response and I typically have to call many times to receive a call back at all. He is always very apologetic on the phone but then does the exact same thing next time. For a company that I paid $275 a month to, they should be following up with me regularly, updating me on my situation, and assisting with questions I have as they arise. This is certainly not the case and I rarely have any idea what is going on with my taxes. My questions usually go unanswered for months if they end up answered at all. I have switc

We use Shatley Accounting for our outsource Oil and Gas input work. They (Erica) has done very timely work and is very conscientious in paying attention to the detail.

I switched accountants about 1 year ago and the team at Shatley Accounting Group has made my life so much easier! Having them take over my bookkeeping and payroll gives me more time to focus on the hands-on tasks required to keep my company running. Highly recommend if you're needing any accounting/tax services!
