Run away if you can. I had the same experience as the other 1 star reviews on here with delayed processing resulting in late fees, little to no communication through the prep process, and of course shocking fees that somehow increase every year for the same work. I never knew an accountant who didn’t pre-disclose his prep fees but if you like surprise fees every year when you do taxes, then please do your taxes with this company. When you call to point out reasonable dissatisfaction, you are confronted with excuses, defensiveness, and entitlement. They even go so far as to belittle you and talk down to you, except you’re the paying client. I wish I had known how horrible the staff and service would be. I would never have signed up. Additionally, I have just recently realized some parts of my taxes were done incorrectly and now I may have a bad liability issue. My advice, read the 1 star reviews very carefully, and if you can, run.

This was my third year using Siebert & Associates for our personal tax returns, and I've been very pleased. In fact, this year they introduced new software that made the process even less painless than the previous two years!

I couldn't recommend Siebert & Reynolds less. I don’t believe that I’ve felt less valued as a new client at any business than I have with Siebert & Reynolds. The lack of communication, guidance, privacy of information concerns, untimely filing, and frankly blasé attitude toward customer service led to an utterly disappointing and frustrating experience. First off, If you’re concerned about your private information, I’d look elsewhere. Another client’s federal return, which contained sensitive identifying information including social security numbers, was uploaded into my “secure” portal. This type of error is absolutely inexcusable. When I brought this to Siebert & Reynolds’ attention, it was glossed over as though it was a minor error. Moving on: I engaged Siebert & Reynolds in early March 2022 to complete my individual taxes for 2021 after specifically asking them if they worked with individual returns. As I had moved states, cities, purchased a home, etc., I thought it would be best
