I had my taxes done last year and I didn't receive my state taxes refund, when I emailed them there was no response, no customer service. This year I asked them the price for city tax filing and it was $75, later on I discovered it is free if you go to your city hall. This information was shared by another tax agency when I called them for a quote. Very disappointed.
