I did call them to inquire about taxes at 10am, the receptionist said the consultants are busy and they will call you back once they get time. One of the consultants called me back at 8pm same day when I was driving back to home, I politely asked is it fine for you to call me back after 15 min as I was driving, the guy was so rude that he started saying you have to call me. I am the busy man bla bla bla. I mean i understand everybody working hard in bay area but this is not the way to talk to customers, still I did call them on next day again they said some one will call you back. The person this time was Johnson who was really good. He did explain me things well. But the first impression was not that great for me. I would like to give negative stars for the person who talked to me first. But would like to thank Johnson also.
