Sorge CPA & Business Advisors, SC - Monona

Sorge bought out our accountant in Stoughton Wisconsin I am a veteran volunteering at the VFW. We are nonprofit as soon as Sorge took over all they did was give us a hard time and then dropped us with excuses and unprofessionalism. They did the same to the American Legion and disrespected the Finance officer there. This came from the owner/ CEO of this company. What a disgrace of a business

Accountant never got back to me; both she and partner made me feel insignificant and like I was inconveniencing them. Responses were terse, used jargon and were incomplete. There was zero proactive communication. They charged me for changing my address, which was the last straw. They shouldn't take on small business accounts, in my opinion. I terminated them IN THE MIDDLE of tax season. And for what it's worth, there was zero relationship- building with this firm. I was never asked to meet (presumably would've been charged). The response I received from my request to terminate services was, "We agree with this." Cold. Just like *all* other communications with them... so weird. No thanks!! ????

This will be my third year using Sorge CPA for my personal and small business tax filling. I've been really happy with my past year fillings, they have gotten me a great return every year and they are very knowledgeable and respond quickly to any questions I have. They also seem very willing to educate their clients and set up meetings through the year and prior to end of the year filling. I would recommend Sorge for personal or business tax and accounting services.
