This was my first time using this office for our tax preparation. My husband and I stumbled upon a booth for the office at the Queen Creek Holiday Festival and we were encouraged to schedule an appointment by one of the owners. Upon scheduling our appointment there was a small hiccup as I did have to call back and reschedule due to another obligation I had. The appointment did not get rescheduled correctly on their end, however I am fully aware that these things happen. I was incredibly pleased with how the office handled the situation and they were able to get us in even sooner than the appointment I thought we had. We were greeted by Ryan's friendly smile and cheerfully disposition. We did not wait long at all to be ushered into a private room to go over our tax needs and documentation. We were able to schedule a return appointment to pick up our taxes and there is no doubt in my mind that the return experience will be as pleasurable. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment at

Chronically understaffed and the value add is close to zero. Incorrectly allocated taxes which created a massive tax liability for us, when asked for an explanation, the person who was giving us the information was not the person that did our taxes. The entire setup is poorly run. If you are looking for any type of advice, this is definitely not the place. Explore other options before going here. They seem to have issues scaling. Also very expensive.

I've had my taxes done here for the past 3 yrs and have been very satisfied with their service. Unfortunately this year I had a very bad experience with their front desk when calling to make an appointment to get my taxes done. I wrote a review.....a very bad one stating I would never come back again! Shortly after sending in my review I received a call from Lindsey in their Chandler office apologizing profusely and asking me to come in and meet with Leslie. I did, and I must admit I am truly amazed, first, at their quick response and genuine concern about my experience and Leslie's"no excuses" attitude! I was treated like a valued customer and friend! Leslie personally did my taxes and upon picking them up I received a big hug! That's the kind of customer service that is lacking in today's society!! I will be working with Leslie for years to come!
