If you want to wait an extended amount of time for ANYTHING from this business, then Bob is your man. He told us one thing (when you can finally get ahold of him) and the IRS had a different story. My return was filed ( according to the IRS ) on 5/15/2023! My wife's return was rejected because he misspelt my name and transposed my SSAN. Return your phone call? Forget it. This was the absolute last time for me. I plan on filing a complaint with the IRS as soon as I receive my check (who wouldn't want their money as soon as possible? ) but that would mean making a 2 minute phone call on his part. Terrible, incompetent, but personable. He can B.S. ya with the best!!!

Wow, took this place 3 years to do my mother's taxes and they still aren't done. She had to just take her W2's and go and she is going to be penalized because of this place's lack of even trying to run a business properly. I can't believe this place is even still in operation. Well anyways, if you like for it to take years to get your taxes done and love paying the government extra money for other people's incompetence, look no further.

Bob has done my taxes for over 20 years, he's also done my parents for longer. We have always made an appointment to have them prepared in person, Bob is very knowledgeable and up to date on all new tax laws.compared to other company's pricing he is very reasonable. We have recommended him to many friends and never had any issues, we will have him prepare ours till he retires. THANKS BOB
