It was my first time going with them and they charge me 500 dollars for only 2 w2 they don’t tell you how much it’s the cost for the service and I was lest them 1 hour
So glad I started doing my taxes with TampTax. I was filing on my own through free sites and was not getting the return I deserved! They made sure I got everything back. They were also helpful with information that I needed for my student loan. So glad. I feel like I have a true partner and I am getting the most from my return.
I have been going to Mrs Cole for about 7 years. Omg Mrs Cole is the best and was helpful in everything. Unfortunately over the past 2 years everything is getting worse with the staff she has in the building. Every time I call the office I get a Different story, other accounts added to my file, unclear explanations and non warm customer services. I’m so sorry to do this but I will have to find a different CPA. Our whole family was referred to Mrs Cole and we have been satisfied, however with her not being in the office as much anymore and the other staff taken over it has been a night mare for some of us. I was trying to hang in there but this year I schedule to have my taxes done 3/9/23 and until date still not done asking for this and that, changing stuff, adding other information from when Mrs Cole prepared my taxes, can’t find this, etc… it’s just been a nightmare all around. So I will just find a different place to go. I have reached out to Mrs Cole and left messages for her to
