AVOID AT ALL COSTS: I've never used them before, but they are holding my documents for months and not answering the phone or emails. I actually went over there to talk to them in person and their explanations were not acceptable. You're busy? Get more help. Not communicating with your clientele about delays is not okay. This is an absolute dumpster fire of a business and I can not say that emphatically enough. I am still waiting for any word from them about the status of my return. I'm putting complaints in with the BBB and the IRS.

My parents moved into an assisted living facility last year. I am handling financial matters and dropped off all of their tax information to Tarr because they did their taxes in prior years. They were not doing in person meetings due to covid. I left a long note with contact information. They never called me. I left numerous messages and sent emails and they never once corresponded nor did they do their taxes. I’ve stopped by to pick up tax documents but there was never anybody there. This seems like a very shady business. Find somebody else!!

I have not received my returns that I left with them in April. No calls or emails have been answered. I work in Public service and referred by a friend who also does the same and both of our taxes are being held hostage. I’ll be reporting this business to the state and BBB. Unfortunately Ive had to retain an attorney to sue for damages at this point.
