As a freelancer, I have been using Tax Experience LLC as my accountant and tax preparer for almost 20 years. In that time, they have always looked out for my best interests, secured all the eligible deductions, and been timely and professional. They also recently helped me secure a PPP loan to help through these difficult times. On a personal note, Rick is an outstanding fellow, and I won't hesitate to drop him an email or give him as call if I have any questions. They take the stress out of tax time, and I trust them to do the best job possible for me.

This was our first year using Tax Experience. Unfortunately, we have not had a good experience. We had a good first impression upon meeting Rick and Wade, and they were recommended by our financial advisor. After the initial contact and receiving access to the client portal, we received no further communication from them over the course of the last 4 months. We have initiated contact several times to ask a specific question about an estimated tax payment due in April, but received no response and just had to make our best guess on this. We also received no updates about our tax return despite multiple emails after submitting our information 2 months ago and truly feared it wouldn't be completed by the tax deadline. We are extremely disappointed and still uncertain why there has been such a lack of communication and professionalism.
