This place was recommended buy a few people I work with. I was told to speak with Jessica and I'm glad I did. She fit me in her busy schedule and to my surprise did my taxes right there on the spot. I honestly thought since it was tax season It was going to be a meet and greet, drop off my forms and I'll call you in a couple of weeks. At least that's how my old account was. Not only was it done that day, quick, found deductions I wasn't even aware of, she explained everything to me and my refund was the best in 5 years! I'm sure adding an extra kid to the family helped but I'm sure the deductions that I wasn't claiming helped too!! Thank you! I definitely recommend this place, I'm sure everyone there is great, but I only worked with Jessica and I'll be calling her after tax season to go over some financial planning.

I’ve done my taxes here for 3 years and each year there has been an issue. The first 2 years I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but this year has been the worst service I received from them. I went in the day of my appointment, completed most of my taxes, but I was missing the childcare tax ID. I emailed her (Sam) the information the next day and she responded that my taxes have been submitted on April 4th. 60 days later I noticed I haven’t received my refund. I emailed them and didn’t receive a response, I went in person and no one was able to locate my file. I called a bunch of times and they kept telling me they’ll call me back and I never hear from them. Finally, I told them that I’m not waiting for a call back and that they should have my file ready when I go in. I went in and I finally got my file but when I went to the IRS to track my refund the IRS couldn’t locate it. Apparently my taxes were submitted that day (June 2nd). The staff there are very respectful, friendly and professional. I love working with Jessica. She knows her work well and she explained things to you and work really fast. Tax plus is the place to go to get your taxes done, just asked for Jessica.
