After making an appointment over a week in advance, booking a babysitter and driving from Goose Creek to Mount Pleasant, we call on the way to confirm our appointment, the voicemail stated she is on Vacation. No one called to cancel our appointment or let us know ahead of time to reschedule. Absolutely distasteful customer service and extremely disappointed.
Horrible business! Sonya was suppose to work with me and gave me four packets of “supporting documents” and never gave me a return that I SIGNED and NEEDED. Just ridiculous just a lot of errors with simple details that cost so much MONEY AND TIME. Oh BTW always LATE! Found someplace else and I recommend you do the same before she sucks all your time and money.
