Terrible business practice. Was told nothing done/discussed over phone or web. If I want to make an appointment I need to come in. I came in, they took all my info and w2 and that was it. I had/have questions. They basically took my w2 hostage unless I signed their paper saying I agree to their price and service, which I didnt. I look at it like getting your car serviced, you dont just drop it off and agree to all their work and pay whatever they charge. No communication, no answers... return was also below average especially if you consider the cost. Go literally anywhere else. I attached a photo showing why I had questions and so they cant say they never did business with me as they have multiple other 1 star reviews. What business just leaves people high and dry like this?
