I don’t say this loosely, Taylor Tax Solution is one of the best CPAs I’ve ever encountered. Competent, efficient, and reliable. Everytime. Every year. I’ve recommended Taylor Tax Solutions to more than a few of my associates and they ALL feel the same. Whether it’s individual taxes, business taxes, or both you won’t be disappointed. And if you’re in to supporting Veterans, the owner is a former Marine. Honestly, this review doesn’t do the office justice. Thank Taylor Tax Solution !!!

I have had a TERRIBLE time with Taylor Tax Solution. 1) I choose them due to their high reviews and now I realize they will interact very nice at the beginning, and without having done any work for you, will repeatedly ask you to leave them a 5 star review. I told them I would prefer to wait to leave a review until I have had a long enough relationship to give examples of their work. 2) Shortly after, I paid them for their services and when I was not approved for a service (which I did MOST of the work for) because it was sent "incomplete by the CPA" , I called back several times and never received a call back. I even called to offer that if they were unable to call me back, I only needed a refund to take my service to another CPA that had more time. I am still waiting for their call. 3) Later, I came to find out that a different service I paid for, was NEVER even submitted!! Again, I received no call back for more information. The staff at Taylor Tax Solution has been amazing since my first encounter about 5 years ago. The owner has made it a point to get to know me and my specific situations. He has helped me through tax concerns related to divorce, reviewed previous returns decreasing the amount owed, and started my LLC. I sincerely appreciate that the staff takes time to talk with me and share financial insights. I have referred him to another small business and family members who have all been satisfied. Hands down the best service and people!
